Its a funny thing, this life.

It's absolutely unpredictable and throws things at you unexpectedly.

I have quite the fabulous routine every morning...

Brush Teeth. Coffee. PRY Le' Munchkins out of bed. Fix lunches. Rush my nuggets to school, because, lets face it, I am NEVER late.

Blah Blah Blah

I know, I know...your jealous of my fabulous morning rit.

So, I expected nothing different about my morning...

Except I woke up with one word on my mind.

HAPPINESS.

And so, since 6:15 this am I have been contemplating and meditating on the word Happiness.

Because guys and gals...

It hit me like a ton of bricks..

I've finally allowed myself to be nothing but happy.

And let me tell you, kids..

Its been a long while since I could feel and say it without lying.

Life has been looking up for me.

God has been taking care of me.

I've been thriving to believe in nothing but a new start in life.

And ya'll, its given me hope and all kinds of sunshine in my life.

And I just wanted to share a little bit of that sunshine.

Because I love all of you, my faithful friends.

I'm off to get ready for werk.

Yes, your eyes are not fooling you...

I got a job since the last time we spoke.

See, life has a way of looking up for you...

Sometimes you have to wait for the good things in life to come your way...

Don't get tired of waiting, because when you recieve it...

It's been to long, dont ya'll think?

I've missed your blogs.

Your comments and prayers mean SO much to our little family.

I know life is funny about throwing a wrench into your stride at times...

And thats what happened to us.

But on the brightside we are doing much better.

We are growing from this, staying close to each other, and protecting ourselves from anymore danger.

We are loving more, talking more, laughing more, and living more than we have in the last few months.

Life is about making Lemonade out of the Lemons life gives you.

And believe me when I say, those lemons were the most sour I've ever tasted...

But we are stronger from this.

We are still fighting this battle, but we will prevail.

Because our faith has given us the courage not to give up.

I can't believe how much he's grown...

...That no matter the situation...

I still have this little boy and his gorgeous smile waking me up every morning...

And a tantrum throwing, self proclaimed princess, almost 3 year old little beauty, who is becoming more and more like me everday..

An AMAZING husband who is there to stand beside me through it all and catch me when I fall...

And I've simply realized....

This is what life is all about.

Thank you all for praying, thinking and sending warm wishes.

It truly warms my heart and I love every one of you.

Not gone for good . . .

"She get it from her Mama.."

That famous little line rings unbelieveably true for me...

I do indeed get it from my Mama.

Her laugh, her temper, her bootay..

And those are just a few things.

I've also been told I'm her "mini me".

And that makes my heart melt.

Not because she was one gorgeous gal,

but because it makes me feel even more apart of her.

And you're probably wondering why I said "was"...

I had to say goodbye to this gorgeous woman 13 years ago.

I lost her to a battle with HIV and Cirrohsis of the Liver.

I was lucky to have her in my life while I did.

She was the most selfless person I've ever met.

She lived a very tough life.

Which led her to give me to my Great Aunt and Uncle...

Whom I call my Mama and Daddy today..

Mothers Day is always so bittersweet for me..

I feel like I've been blessed with two amazing mothers...

I am grateful for both of them..

Without them both, I wouldn't be who I am today.

Momma Sib's life story is a hard one to swallow and to tell.

She made choices in her life that taught me which path was best to take in life..

Her life also taught me that because someone makes bad descisions or mistakes..

Doesn't exactly make them a bad person.

Believe me, this woman had a beautiful heart and a even more loving soul.

So, I want to say thank you to Momma Sib for loving me and giving me the life she couldn't.

I want to let her know I miss her laugh, her hugs and her kisses.

One day we will laugh together again...

Now as for my Mama, Jerry...

Words cannot even start to describe just how truly blessed I am.

I thank you, Mama, for being all these things and more...

Accepting me for who I am and wanting nothing more.

Your always generous heart and kind words.

Being honest, especially whenever I don't want to hear it.

Forgiving, because as a child I was horrible.

LOVING, because you have shown me love has no measure, love has no end, love is bigger than we are and if we just LOVE one another, the world is a much better place.

I thank you for being my Mama, for raising me right, for all the hickories I had to pick off that hickory bush outside my window, and for all the tough love you gave me.

You molded me and have shown me a mother's love...

Thank you for having patience with me and letting me become my own person.

I love you both, today, tomorrow and ever after,

My family was LUCKY, beyond belief.

They also encountered destruction, but those things can simply be replaced.
Im grateful for that. Words cannot express.

I have a lot of memories with some of the things that were destroyed..

Like my Daddy's Barn.

Before

To you this place may look a little ran down...

To me this is the place I played when I was little.

The place my neice and I fed the baby calfs by bottle.

The place I jumped from hay bale to hay bale while my Daddy mended the fence.

This was my playground.

And now...

Its this.

And the Huge old Oak tree in my Mama's back yard.

Sadly, I dont have a before picture.

It shaded me while I see-sawed and jumped on my trampoline.

This tree was a meeting place for our family cookouts/get togethers.

The tree I imagined was the Ship I conqured the world in.

A tree I hid in from my parents, when I was in trouble.
That place I went, when I just needed a little Me and Jesus time.

That used to be my safe place as a child...
Now it's gone.
Bits of my heart have been destroyed and all of it is broken.
I am so thankful I'll always have those memories....

As my heart rejoices that my family and friends are safe,

its breaking for every family who is mourning their lost loved ones.

As of yesterday, Im absolutely none other than a self proclaimed LIAR.

Well, of course I did not intend to lie.

I was coming back, but this cold kicked my ass.

And I sort of forgot how busy my day would be...

Lunch date with my new bestie, Aislinn.

{It is either fate or our 4 year olds who brought is together}

Who also is the mother to Nicholas' very first girlfriend people.

I believe she may just be his Mother n' Law one day...

Let me remind you....

He's 4 people, 4!!!

And already getting smoooches and hugs from a blonde cutie named Cheyenne.

I mean, I knew it would happen one day, but not at the ripe young age of 4.

They are as cute as 2 peas in a pod...

All starry-eyed and in puppy love.

Seriously though, at least us two mothers love each other,right?

So, my second reasoning, before I continue to rambel on about my 4 year olds love life...

My surprise I had for you...

GOT SHOT DOWN, totally unexpected.

So, after being contacted about a giveaway...

when I accpeted...

They stole the rug right out from under my feet.

So, no surprise today or yesterday...

Life has been busier than usual for me.

And the fact that I've been more lazy than usual, does not help that fact I havent blogged in a month.

In the past month or two, I've turned into an obsessed Love Junkie.

And last but not least...

A SOCCER MOM.

Yep, Im an Armada Driving, sticker on the back glass, Soccer Mom.

A mom to a future soccer star, who scored his team their very first goal for the season To the kiddo who chooses the #28 on his jersey and whose team name is nonother than, "Dragon Fire".

One day, I will be a mom of a kid who can "BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM".

And I can honestly say, Im Bragging...

I miss your comments and the happiness you always left here.

I can't believe its almost been 6 months.

I know your swinging happily on your swing in heaven.

Because on FB 2 days ago I got a friend suggestion from "Bumpkin Lisa".

It made my heart swell and made me wish we had gotten the chance to meet up.

I was browsing through WE HEART IT yesterday and seen one of the beautiful swing pictures she used as a header.

Then last night I got the friend suggestion again and this time..

It broke my heart.

Because I want to be her friend on FB and I want her comments back.

Its selfish, I know.

It leaves me to wonder what this is all telling me..

is it coincidence or her letting me know she's thinking of me.

She was always one for a pep talk..

when it came to getting me geared up for Davony's pageants..

And here is one of the things she did say.

...or the time she said...

"Miss Priss in the pageant yes, keep going, she has real potential from the pictures I have seen. She needs a good year, to get comfortable, and then the polishing begins. Start her early!"

Its almost like she's sending me a secret message from above...

The Underwood house is dreaming of

rhinestone hairbows, dresses and pretty little shoes.

And of course along with that comes dreaming of one these too!

Yep, its pageant time for the little princess again!

She's been practicing blowing kisses, waves, nods and her kissy finger too.

In not so long she'll take a stroll on the catwalk and get in a couple of twirls too.

Maybe she will rock the stage and not have one of her famous "Miss Sassyfrass" moments...

So, no matter if she gives them sass or pure class,

We'll be proud of our beautiful little belle.

I've been a real busy bee..

Ive been Lazy and Uninspired.

Ive been reading more than writing.

Ive been dancing and smiling.

Ive been spending time with my family and my friends.

Ive been thinking of all of you and how much I miss you.

But I needed that month long break for me and believe me it has helped.

A lot has happened in the last few months and I truly havent had time to catch back up to reality.

And for once my life seems to sort of be back on track.

So now that Ive been laying in bed not doing much of anything but sleeping, coughing, sneeezing and wheezing...I figured why not start blogging again, because I sure do miss it.

So its 2011 already, huh?

Well, with every year I feel as if a nice change is good.

So, I cut off 6 inches of my hair.

And partayed like it was 1999.

Bringing in the New Year with the ones you love..

Can only bring good luck!

Instead of saying the word "No" or any other variation of it, try saying this....

"Triangle, the other white meat."

Or making a scuba mask out of around the house goods.

You Top Shelf, girl.

I believe its only tradition to celebrate and be with the ones you love on the holidays.

And if that calls for breaking out into the snuggie dance, it will do.

Mergz, you make me happy in so many ways!

So you see Ive pretty much had a great twenty-eleven so far.

And Ive got a feelin' its going to get better.

Oh and I didn't discuss my reso's for the year.

To be nothing but happy.

Thanksgiving Recap.

Lordy, Im pretty sure Im still recouperating ya'll. I don't know if its from the 22 hour trip back home or the fact that I gobbled so much till I was literally wobbling on Turkey day. Either way, it sure feels nice to be back home.

We all know nothing makes a better holiday or vacay than the 3 F's.

Family.

Friends.

Food.

And the occasional mustache.

And so the recaping begins.

But not in that order of course..

Being Thankful for spending a day with

Daddy before Turkey Day.

But despite all the tractors, cowboy boots, old trucks and my love for everything country....

I somehow feel like this city was made for me...

Like Im one with it.

The busy streets, taxi cabs, revolving doors and bright city lights.

I love this city, but its even better when its the holiday season.

We met Santa in Macy's and got the chance to ride

the gigantic ferris wheel in Toys R' Us.

Beyond acting like a complete tourista, Hubbs and I were busy snuggling and stealing subway kisses.

After all this excitement I got the chance to meet one of the worlds most amazing gals!

Summer Brown.

I could just squeeze her to death.

Sum Sum ventured out in the fahreeeeezing cold and holiday rush to meet my family and I in Macy's {Bless her Heart} and I am so glad she did.

She's even more amazing in person and I cannot wait to meet up again in Feb.

And some of us just couldn't hide our eagerness.

And so, we wined and dined like the richest.

And then Friday rolled around, a little football and a lot of fun did too.

I remember somewhere up there I mentioned a little stache' happenin'.

And BOY did it.

Baby Ida had to get in on it too.

I thought it was appropraite.

Im so thankful today.

Thankful because I went to sleep last night so peaceful, only after gazing at the gorgeous city lights along the coast line in the crisp Staten Island night air and waking up to my familys laughter and snuggling with my loving, hungover husband for a few minutes before we joined them.

Thanksgiving.

A little more than Turkey, dressing and green bean casserole.

Being thankful.

For everything God has blessed me with.

Yes, I should be punished for the lack of blog greatness Ive ceased to give you in the last month or so. From a unexpected week long trip to North Carolina to Mergz getting married, its been a BIZZAY month to say the least, but a fun one at that. And to keep us on our toes, we set off once again for one of our famous road trips bright and early Tuesday, only to be NEW YORK CITY BOUND.

Um, can't hide the excitement, thats for sure.

So, I was happy to express my giddyness with a little retail threapy and when CSN contacted me again to hold a review one of their many many products, I about had a come apart.

And I started looking into things we needed to take along...

My heart is breaking for you, my words cannot express the sadness I feel. I remember the day I lost my Mother...It was the darkest day of my life and it took a while for the sun to shine in my life again, thats when I realized she was better there than here, she was no longer suffering, she was among the angels, celebrating eternity and then most of all...no matter what she will always be watching and looking over me...protecting me.

Keep Strong, Summer Love. What I learned about being strong during this time doesn't mean to hold back the tears or the screams...

It means getting through one of the most tragic times in your life and making it out alive.

In the times I feel down, I remember my Mothers smile and then her laugh. When Im in need of comforting, I remember the smell of her hair, the warmth of her hugs. I remember all the good times we had and the laughs that hurt my stomach..

I just want you to know how much we all are here for you, how much we all feel your pain and how much we all wish we could take it away.

And most of all, how much WE ALL LOVE YOU.

Im sending up prayers for you and your entire family.

It seems like only yesterday, we were getting ready for your arrival the night before.

I can remember the happiness I felt and how I tossed and turned till 3am when I had to be up by 4am.

I couldn't wait to meet you.

And when I did, you were all I had ever wanted in a sweet baby girl.

God gave me more than Ballet Slippers and Bows,

he gave me you and you my darling are just perfect.

Nursing and lots of naps have passed by so fast.

The days of drooling and crawling have come and gone.

And crawling has turned into walking and it seems like everytime Im watching, your running.

Singing and Celebrating turning One was just last year.

Here we are at the BIG #2 and I can't help but realize time has flew.

My sweet baby girl, I love you more and more. Everyday my love grows for you.

Your kisses and your over and over again hugs are the remedy to a bad day.

And something I couldn't be more thankful for is you.

So we celebrated your day early.

Toooo ze' Mexican Border..we went.

So, yesterday was about the scenery.

And I never mentioned we shared our vaycay with 2 of the most fab peoples in the world.

Here's how our 1st day played out.

It was quite the adventure...

One thing I loathe the most about a 7:30 flight...

is the alarm going off at 4:30am.

But knowing once you hit your connecting flight your in direct flight to paradise.

Speaking of Connecting flights....

Figuring out that Concourse A is 2 miles away from Concourse E in ATL and you have 5 minutes to get there before you miss your flight. Then you realize WALKING will NEVER get you there, you decide to RUN. Not sprint, RUN.

You finally get to the train to take you the rest of the way and to realize, you were 3 seconds too late.

And so your in the sky, after the running, a major shin splint and popping a naproxen to ease the pain...

reaching a few thousand feet and they flight attendant whispers sweet nothings about there being

beverages on board....

{UM, I'll take a bloody mary with the SKYY Vodka please!}

Your 40 miles and 25 mins from landing and 30 minutes later the pilot comes on and says...

"We have lost hydraulic power on our left side. As some have noticed we have been flying in circles. But no worries, we have plenty of gas left. I need all flight attendants to deck please. We need to go over our procedures. We will keep you updated, so everyone relax and we will let you know our plan.

SILENCE swept the plane.

WE CIRCLED for an HOUR.

Then the beeep...

"We have got the landing gear to finally come down but we are still working on the other issues. The Emergency Crew and Vehicles will be waiting as we touchdown in Cancun. The hydraulic system isnt that important, so we will be landing shortly.

I was in dramatics by this point. Glad I had my shades, because I would have looked like a big fat baby. You could have heard a pin drop with the silence.

Every few minutes you would hear people whisper....

It was that moment that I come to realize I would probably never make it off this plane alive and I started praying I would see my childrens faces again.

And I realized I wanted one of us to live, because I couldn't imagine my children not having any parents.

So it got real for me in minutes.

Then we landed, safely.

Pilot Man says, " Im glad we got the flaps to work and the landing gear down or it would have been a fast ride in. It was not a fun experience in the simulator. But we are here, Sunny Skies and 91 degrees. Welcome home to some and Welcome to Cancun to many of you. I hope you enjoy your stay"

Emergency Vehicles? Procedures? Simulator? Fast ride in?

And who knew the girl sitting in the seat next to me on the plane was going to grab my luggage and walk half way through customs before I noticed...

Did I mention MY luggage had 2 tags on them, hers had NONE. So after looking like a complete fool ducking under ropes to find my luggage, I confronted her.

"I think you have my luggage. Can you PLEASE check those tags?"

Checks tags...

GIRL, " OMYGOSH, I totally have the wrong bag!"

Me," Yes, I told you that. Yours is wayyyy over there. My friend Lupe, will go get them for you."

Holy Gaucamole. Drama Ramama.

Then we FINALLY make it through customs...

And 45 minutes later....

With a MUCH needed drink in my hand and LOVER by my side,

we enjoyed the rest of our day like so.

After a stressful flight and having jet lag, we decided a night in with bikni, trunks, a Michael Jackson show, and FRREEEE room service would do the trick.

And it did. Our first night was low key...

But for our second we brought out our "best " attire for a night of SUSHI, FUN, and more FUN.

And you thought we left the kids at home!! Haha BAH!

Swing Away, Sweet Bumpkin.

As bloggers we go through our lives each day expressing to the world our loves, likes, dislikes, and the things we loathe. We share our lives through words, pictures, songs, and fashion. We swoon together, we sometimes cry together, we laugh and smile with each other. We can also brighten each others day with those words or pictures that give others inspiration. It's funny to me really... how we come to LOVE or CARE for a person that sits states or a country away on their side of the computer screen, that we've seen in pictures but never really met in person. And lucky enough, we sometimes get to meet those who we care so much for in "real" life. We support one another, whether the times be good or bad....

With that said, I want you all to know how much your support is needed today, how much your words of kindness and hope, your faith and prayers help to ease the hurt and the sadness that many of us, family and friends feel today.

She was known in this world here as "Bumpkin" and as to many others and myself as Lisa.

Her passing last night came to a shock for all of us this morning when Trish delivered the news on Lisa's blog.

It is truly a shock and saddens my heart. Her words, her pictures, her love for swings, animals, fashion, and so much more will always be missed and greatly remembered by all of us.

The tears I have cried for our dear, sweet Lisa are ones of joy and sadness. And without a doubt in my mind I know she is swinging from a cloud, looking down on us making sure we remember to smile with her. Although we never had the chance to meet each other, like we had talked about, knowing her through her beautiful blog and email was just as great of an honor.

Today is Bumpkin's day.

So why not celebrate her in memory with an almost Wordless Wednesday will all the things that remind me of her..

Or maybe just meet you for the first time and I can't wait for that.

It started last night...

The tossing, the turning.

Why, you say?

Because this little bitty beautiful brown-eyed boy...

Isn't that face pure perfection?

Acted alllll gorwn up and was on his way to 4K this am.

He was practically running out the door.

But for me, that wasn't happening before we

snuck in a quick photoshoot!

He felt a TAA DA! was needed.

Showing off that snazzy "Pack Back"!

Over the camera Mom, Lets GO to school!

We arrived 7:40am sharp.

Oh man, it was like someone cut the strings

and Nick Nick flew away on his own.

That's right.

My little man just let go of my hand, grabbed his teachers, and walked to his seat without looking back.

I of course almost had a melt down right then, right there.

Even made him come back and give me a hug and a kiss.

Yes, I am that embarassing Mom.

And so they came...

The tears that is.

Total 2 year old melt down happened only miliseconds after I was down the road.

And today has been QUIET.

Only a hour and a half till I go pick him up.

Hurry up 2:00pm!

On another note: THIS ISN'T a PITY ME post. This is me, getting this off my chest, simply because my kids don't understand and my husband is currently at work doing something that involves not answering his desk phone or cell. So yes, you, that chose to stick around for this...are hearing it instead.

So with that said...

I've realized staying at home 24-7 has really taken its toll on me. Mentally and physically. Someday's I don't even breathe the fresh air or feel the sun on my cheeks. In the past two weeks I've never felt more drained, exhausted, and completely frazzled. I almost feel like I have lost all sense of what patience is. I know there are lots of you that would do ANYTHING in their ENTIRE world to be where I am and to have what I have. I get that, I really do. But I can't say Im sorry to you for being real, for writing this down, that wouldn't be fair to me.

Sometimes I feel like I'm taken for granted. That my only purpose for the day is to make sure the house is cleaned and dinner is cooked. That the kids are fed, bathed and put to bed. Sometimes it feels like I've lost myself. I find myself asking, who are you, when did the girl who used to be in total control over her feeling and emotions leave?? I am not saying Hubbs doesn't do his share, because he does. He is an amazing Husband and Father, but he also has something, that right now I could only dream of. He has his break away from the 2 beautiful children we made, who in the last two weeks have screamed, cried, fought, and whined more than they have in their entire exsistence. I pray every night that I will wake up and God will have given me paitence I need to make through the day. But the more I pray for this, the less paitence I feel like I have.

Before you judge me and tell me how rotten of a mother I am for feeling this way, leave. Because I don't need your judgement, I don't need your comments about how I should be grateful for having children at all.. Because I am grateful, I truly am. Im also only 1 person, who feels very overwhelemed at the moment...

My head feels like it could explode. My mind is so loud all the time. Last night it was like the volume in my head was turned to it's loudest, I completely broke down. I ran to my room and had one of those overly dramatic crying moments where I threw myself onto my bed, dug my head into my pillow and boo whoo'd like a baby. I was crying so loud, I almost felt stupid after stopping. But it's like everything that I have felt like screaming about in the last two weeks, finally escaped with the tears. Sounding like a fool or not, I felt better.

But today was worse than yesterday...my head is STILL SO LOUD. Why? I feel like screaming, again. And instead of taking it out on my pillow this time, my phone rang twice. 2 of my bestest got to hear this, who are Moms and who understand...sometimes you can only take so much in and let so much go.

Im not perfect nor do I try to be. I know that being a Mother wasn't going to be a walk in the park, nor do I believe it is now. I do try to be more understanding and paitent all at the same time, but lately thats not been working out for me so well. I love my life and Im entirely without a doubt a 100% happy and thankful for what I have been so blessed to have. I know it seems I don't, but I promise I do. I couldn't breathe without my children. They amaze me.

I've learned everything isn't always perfect as it looks on the outside. Because even though I show a smiling face, I've been fighting back the tears. My life isn't anywhere near to perfect, but it is amazing. But it goes to show even though its amazing, doesn't mean you don't have things to deal with, stress and everyday worries. I guess some of us are just better at not exposing it.

Everyone has their breaking point. I guess I just hit mine.

This weekend we are going home to visit our family and mainly because {Hubbs Brother and Family} Lee, Paulina, Joaquin and the newest addition to the family, Little Miss Ida Mae are down from NYC. I really needed this weekend away, I need all the hugs I can get from my family, I need to laugh with them and just enjoy being in that moment.

But it could be that I have been going back through the SYTYCD seasons up to date for the past week before hoping into bed at night.

When we were younger we played in the gravel at MawMaws and our biggest fear then was the trouble we were going to get into because of the grass stain we put on our Easter dresses.

than a silly grass stain or cut on the knee.

I can hardly mutter the word

without it giving me the chills.

But look at you, your fighting back

with everything you have in you.

And your as positive if not more,

than the day before you found out!

You inspire me.

Your hope, your strength, your FAITH, inspires me. Throughout our lives we have learned, God's plan for us is not exactly what we have planned for ourselves. Without a doubt in my mind I think it would be an understatement to say...the plan you had for yourself was ENTIRELY different from Gods.

Tay Day!

Oh ladies and gents,

I bring you VERY OUTSTANDING NEWS!

A lot has happened since the last Tay Day!

2 weeks ago, she had just spoken for the1st time since the accident.

Today, she is talking, saying all sorts of things.

She's standing and trying to walk again.

She was transferred to Children's Hospital in Birmingham this week and has started Physical Therapy!

She is working very hard and it is taking a lot of out her, so she's pretty tired.

But doing AMAZING!

I told you it would blow your mind on how much she has progressed!

But I do want you to keep her mother, Selena in your thoughts and prayers. As you know Selena was discharged from the hospital a week later, but since she has been having a lot of pain and she also has been struggling. She needs all the strength in the world!

Over the last couple of weeks our community has came together doing a Community Prayer Rally for Taylor and they also held a 5k this past weekend! 158 runners, all came together in our tiny little town!!

Things are looking up.

And Blessing are coming Down!

And tomorrow I have a special post coming up for my cousin, Rebecca.

{one} do you believe in ghosts?
I do, most definitely. Call me crazy, but my Mom's house is full of them.
I haven't stayed at my Moms house in 3 years. When we visit home, we stay with Hubbs parents.

{two} are you more of a talker or more of a listener?
Im pretty equal of both. When I was a kid....I TALKED.
{three} would you rather get up early or sleep late?
Ohh, I love sleeping in late. But I do feel more energized when I wake up early!

{four} if you could instantly become an expert at one type of dance, what type would you choose?
All types of dance intrigue me. But I think it would be a tie between Contemperary and HipHop. Speaking of dance, I am LOVING SYTYCD this season, Lauren and Kent are my faves!

{five} what's your favorite drink?
Alcoholic: Little Black Dress Wine or a nice cold Woodchuck. NonAlcoholic: Sweet Tea!

{six} if your house caught fire and you could only grab three things, what would they be?
Oh gosh. Nick, Davony, and my grandmas wedding ring.... And I would have to go back for a throw my biological mom gave me before she passed, my computer, and then my hardrive...if I could find, so lets hope that fire doesn't happen. :)

{seven} if you could only visit one restaurant for the next five years, which would it be?
Um, it would most definitely have to be a sushi resturant!

{eight} who inspires you the most?
Im inspired by so many people, my family, friends and so many of you ladies here in bloggyland. But, I think the most inspiring person in my life has been my Biological Mom, Sylvia. Her life was very short lived, but while she was still here.. she taught me to LIVE, always FIGHT back, NEVER accept anything LESS than what I DESERVE, and to LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY. And if thats not inspiring, Im not sure what is. Maybe Im living vicariously through her, doing the things she only dreamed of doing....annd I know she'd be proud of me.

{nine} if you had your own talk show, who would your first three guests be?
Chelsea Handler, because well... she's epic. Kristen Stewart, because I find her SO interesting and not to mention..she's gorgeous! And Lindsay Lohan, just because I would like to get her side of things, not Perez Hiltons.What? I feel sorry for the gal! She seems like she needs a friend.

{ten} sneakers or sandals?
SANDALS, I could wear them all year round. Even if it -10 outside.

Im a firm believer that "You can take the girl outta the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl."

But I was definitely proved wrong over Fourth of July weekend.

I relived some amazing memories and it made things so worth while.

When I was a kid, I could run like lighting on any surface.

Note to self: When preparing to walk over gravel, please wear shoes.

Because when you haven't done that in like 5 years, it hurts.

When I was a teen, I spent my early mornings picking okra, peas, and corn with my Maw Maw.

I walked through the garden with my Daddy and realized my skin isn't so tough anymore.

Corn stalks are REALLY scratchy and believe it or not okra can make your fingers bleed.

So on vaycay, I went Country, again.

Daddy's old red barn.

I would play in that thing for hours on in.

Good thing I wasn't afraid of spiders, mice and snakes.

You wouldn't catch me dead in there these days!

These boots were made for walking....

and realizing my 16 year old nephew has HUGE feet...

and you seriously can't walk in size 12 boots when you wear a size 7 shoe.

Wishing my Momma's "green thumb" had worn off on me.

I killed my friend "Fern" last week.

I know, I know...

How do you kill a Fern Chrystal?

Annd, remembering that no matter what..

I'll always be Daddy's little girl.

We laughed and smiled with each other more than we have in the last 7 years.

It felt so good to reconnect with him.

It reminded me that he will always, without a doubt...

be my hero.

When I was a little girl, I dreamed of wearing a pink wedding gown, daisies in my hair and having glass slippers.

As a teenager I dreamed of a white wedding gown, a string of pink pearls, flowers in my beautiful curly locks, and hot pink stilettos.

I didn't quite get the wedding of my dreams, but I did infact marry the man of dreams.

Annd thats everything I could ever dream of and more...

Ever.

I've never met anyone quite like Hubbs.

He's everything I could have dreamed of ever having in a friend, a lover and most of all, a husband.

He loves me, trust me, believes in me and supports me.

He stands beside me, holds my hand and my heart.

He's the one that completes me and holds the keys to my heart...

He's the one that makes me laugh till my cheeks hurt and makes me want to dance like a fool.

He's the one I want to grow old with and since we've both already conqured getting our 1st gray hair together, I can't wait till we get to share a full head of gray hair together..

I have learned A LOT in 5 years of marriage.

True love exsist, marriage really isn't a walk in the park, and Im incredibly lucky.
